Q:
My Epson product software is missing after I updated to Windows 8 operating system. What is wrong?
A:
The Windows 8 update process uninstalls the previously installed Epson product software. You will need to download the printer software from the Drivers & Downloads page for your product.

  1. Go to www.epson.com/support, select your product category, then select your product name.

  2. Select Drivers & Downloads.

  3. Select Drivers and Utilities Combo Package, then select Download Now.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
