Windows 8

If your product is not listed on our Microsoft Windows 8 support page, Windows 8 scanner software is not yet available for your scanner. However, you can use Windows 7 scanner software with Windows 8. Download and install Windows 7 scanner software for your product if available.

1. Go to www.epson.com/support, select your product category, then select your product name.
2. Select Drivers & Downloads, then select Drivers.
3. Select the available scanner software, then select Download Now.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.

Important: You may get a Program Compatibility Assistant dialog window when installing the Windows 7 driver on your Windows 8 system.

It is normal for the Program Compatibility Assistant dialog window to appear. Click Run the program without getting help and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Note: Please check back with Epson support periodically to see if Windows 8 scanner software is available for download.
