How do I check whether my product is connected to Epson Connect?
Do the following:
  1. Sign in to your Epson Connect account.
  2. Check your product's Status.

    indicates your product is connected.

    indicates your product is not connected.

    Note: If your product is not listed in the My Printer/Email List, your product is not set up with Epson Connect. To set it up, download and install the Epson Connect Printer Setup Utility.
