What should I do if Epson Connect suddenly stops working?
Try the following:
  • Make sure your product is turned on and error-free.
  • Check that your product is properly connected to your wired or wireless network.
  • Make sure that your internet service is functioning correctly.
  • If the Approved Senders List is enabled, try sending an email from an approved email address.

If the service is still unavailable, contact Epson Support.
