Q:
I've installed the Epson Connect software from the CD that came with my product, but I still can't use Epson Connect. What should I do?
A:
Do the following:
  1. Sign into your Epson Connect account. If necessary, select Printer List.
  2. Check your product's Status, then do one of the following:
    • If an icon appears, make sure your product is turned on and error-free.
    • If an icon appears, contact Epson support for help.
    • If your product is not listed under My Printer/Email List, you need to set up your product with Epson Connect.

      To set it up, download and install the Epson Connect Printer Setup Utility.
