I've installed the Epson Connect software, but I can't use Epson Connect. What should I do?
Do the following:
  1. Sign in to your Epson Connect account. Select Printer List if necessary.
  2. Check your product's Status and then do one of the following:
    • indicates your product is connected. Contact Epson support for help if this status is displayed.
    • indicates your product is not connected. Make sure your product is turned on, error-free and your internet service is functioning correctly.
    • If your product is not listed, contact Epson support for help.
