A line or line of dots always appears in my scanned images. What should I do?
Try the following:
  • The scanner glass may need cleaning. Clean the scanner glass. See Cleaning the Product.

  • If you still have the problem, the scanner glass may be scratched. Contact Epson for assistance. See Epson Technical Support.
