Epson Expression Photo XP-950 Small-in-One® All-in-One Printer

Selected FAQ

I replaced an ink cartridge and my printer still shows that ink is expended. What should I do?
The cartridge may not be seated properly, and may need to be reseated.
  1. Turn on your product.

  2. If an ink cartridge is expended, you see a message on the LCD screen. Note which cartridges need to be replaced and select Proceed, then choose Yes, replace now.

  3. Lift up the scanner unit.

Do not move the print head by hand; otherwise, you may damage your product. Do not touch the flat white cable inside the printer.

  4. Press the ink cartridge down until it clicks into place. (If a cartridge is properly seated already, you may not hear a click.)

  5. Close the scanner unit.

  6. The product starts priming the ink.
