Q:
My image does not appear on the screen. What should I do?
A:
If you see a "Not supported" message on the screen, make sure your computer is sending out an image signal with a supported resolution and frequency.

If you see a "No signal" message on the screen, make sure the correct computer or video source has been selected and the projector has been properly set up and connected.

If you see no image or message on the screen, it could be due to projector settings, the power state of the projector, or the input signal. See more information.
