The projector doesn't show up in the EasyMP Monitor window. What should I do?
Try the following solutions:
  • Make sure that you've connected the projector to the network and configured it correctly. Also, make sure you've registered the projector with EasyMP Monitor.
  • Make sure that Standby Mode in the projector's ECO menu is set to Communication On.
  • If you are using Windows, you must be logged in as the Administrator.
  • Try restarting your computer.
