Q:
My image does not appear on the screen. What should I do?
A:
If you see nothing on the screen, the problem may be related to the projector's power state or a projector setting. If your video source is a computer, a computer setting may also be the cause. See more information.

If you've connected a computer and you see a blue screen with a No signal message, make sure the cables are connected correctly and the correct source is selected on the projector (allow a few seconds for the projector to sync up if you change the source setting). You can also try restarting your computer. If you're using a PC laptop or a Macintosh, you may need to set up your system to display on the projector screen as well as the LCD screen.

If you see a Not supported message on the screen, it may be due to a projector menu setting or your computer's resolution. See more information.
