Q:
The colors in the image are wrong. How can I fix this?
A:
The colors may not look right if the projector settings need adjustment or if there is a problem with the lamp or cable.
  • Press the Color Mode button on the remote control to move through the different color mode settings.


  • Adjust the following settings in the Image menu: Brightness, Contrast, Saturation (video only), Tint (video only), Color Temperature, and Flesh Tone. See Adjusting the Appearance of the Picture.


  • Make sure your video cable is correctly connected to the projector. If your cable is not securely connected at both ends, some colors may not appear.


  • If the picture looks darker, you may need to replace the lamp.
