Can I still print in black if a color cartridge is empty or vice versa? |
A: |
No. You cannot print at all if any ink cartridge is empty. Leave the empty cartridge installed in the printer until you have obtained a replacement; otherwise the ink remaining in the print head nozzles may dry out. It's best to always have an extra cartridge on hand. |
