Q:
How can I tell if the computer or the CX6400 is causing my printing problem?
A:
You can print a nozzle check to determine whether a problem comes from the device itself or some other source.

If the nozzle check page prints and has no gaps or missing sections, the problem is probably caused by your software settings, the interface cable, or your computer.

If the nozzle check doesn’t print or if it has gaps or missing sections, you may have a problem with your CX6400. Try cleaning the print head.
