Why am I getting the message Could not complete communicating configuration data when I send settings to the network adapter? |

This might happen when using a dial-up router. Run MS-DOS Prompt or Command Prompt from the computer in which EpsonNet WinAssist is installed, then enter the following command: >ROUTE_ADD_[the IP address of the network adapter]_[the IP address of the computer] (each underscore represents one space). Example: >ROUTE ADD 192.168.192.168 22.33.44.55 Also, reinitialize the network adapter, then try again. |
