Why is my printer printing colored pages in black only? |

The printer driver may be set to use black ink only. For Windows, make sure the "Black Ink Only" option is not selected. See Customizing Windows Print Settings. For Macintosh, make sure the "Color" option is not set to "Black". See Customizing Print Settings (Mac OS X) or Customizing Print Settings (Mac OS 8.6 to 9.x). |
