I see the message "Sorry SP R300 Series cannot be used" when I try to select the "SP R300 Series" icon in the Chooser. What should I do?
A:
This message indicates that there is something wrong with the driver or the way it was installed, and you will need to remove and reinstall the driver (scroll to the Macintosh instructions).
