Epson Stylus C84WN Ink Jet Printer

Selected FAQ

Q:
How can I stop the printer from feeding multiple pages at the same time?
A:
If multiple pages feed, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the paper from the sheet feeder.
  2. Fan the edges of the sheets.
  3. Reload them against the right side of the feeder.
  4. Slide the left edge guide snugly, but not too tightly, against the paper. Don’t load paper above the arrow on the left edge guide and make sure it is under the tabs on the left and right edge guides.
If that doesn’t help, make sure the paper you’re using is not too thin or too thick. If the environment is very humid, the paper may have absorbed moisture and should be replaced with dry paper. If necessary, try different paper from a new package. Also, try loading fewer sheets. Check the paper specifications for ranges of paper size and thickness you can print with, as well as environmental requirements for storage.
