Why am I getting italic characters instead of lines when I print from MS-DOS applications? |

To print lines instead of characters, the printer needs to be in graphics mode. Select a graphics character table (PC437). To switch to PC437, enter the Default Setting mode and select character table PC437. See Changing the Printer's Default Settings in the User's Guide.
