Windows 7 does not come with pre-installed Email software such as Outlook Express. You’ll need to install Email software to use the Scan to Email feature of the printer.

Note: This works with MAPI-type email such as Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Mac Mail, and Entourage, but not web-based email such as Gmail.
