I see the message "Sorry SP R200 Series cannot be used" when I try to select the "SP R200 Series" icon in the Chooser. What should I do?
A:
There is something wrong with the driver or the way it was installed and you need to remove and reinstall the driver (scroll to the Macintosh instructions).
