Why can’t I freeze an image for printing when I press the Freeze button on the TV remote control?
A:
If you’re viewing an image from a source connected to the TV’s DVI or PC port, you can’t freeze it for printing. See the instructions in Freezing an Image for Printing in the User’s Guide for details.
