Q:
‘White snow’ appears on the TV after I switch back and forth from the TV's DVI input source. The TV's DVI port is connected to a Samsung HD931 DVD player's DVI interface. What should I do?
A:
The HDCP feature of the Samsung HD931 DVI interface can cause this problem. Please contact Samsung at (800) 726-7864 and reference the memo "HD931 HD CP" to fix the problem.
