I'm getting the message "Sorry SP RX600 Series cannot be used" when I try to select the "SP RX600 Series" icon in the Chooser. What should I do?
A:
This message indicates that there is something wrong with the driver or the way it was installed, and you will need to uninstall and reinstall the driver, following the instructions in the User's Guide and on the Start Here sheet.
