Q:
My system doesn’t recognize the scanner when I connect it to my USB port. What should I do?
A:
If your scanner is connected to a USB hub, try connecting it directly to a USB port on your computer. Try using a different USB cable. Try using a different USB port on your computer. If you’ve tried all of the USB ports on your computer already, check your computer’s user manual to see if the USB ports need to be enabled in the computer’s setup.
