Why does Classic mode start on my Mac OS X system when I press one of the scanner’s buttons? |

Be sure to install the scanner software in a Mac OS X environment, and not in Classic mode. If EPSON Smart Panel has been installed in Mac OS 9, uninstall it and make sure EPSON Smart Panel is installed in Mac OS X. |
