I see the message Sorry SC86 Series cannot be used when I try to select the SC86 Series icon in the Chooser. What should I do?
A:
This message indicates that there is something wrong with the printer driver or the way it was installed, and you will need to remove and reinstall the driver. Follow the steps below:

  1. Uninstall the software.
  2. Restart your Macintosh.
  3. Reinstall the software.
If you have printer drivers for other Epson printers installed on your system, you may need to reinstall them after removing the Stylus C86 driver.
