A:
This message indicates that there is something wrong with the driver or the way it was installed, and you will need to remove and reinstall the driver. Follow the steps below:

  1. Uninstall the printer software.
  2. Restart your Macintosh.
  3. Reinstall the software.
If you have printer drivers for other Epson printers installed on your system, you may need to reinstall them after removing the Stylus CX4600 driver.
