What should I do if I cancelled the software installation before it was complete, or connected the RX620 to my computer before starting the software installation?
A:
Your Epson software may be incorrectly installed.

First, uninstall the printer software and uninstall EPSON Scan.

Once you’ve finished uninstalling, reinstall the Windows software or reinstall the Macintosh software (depending on which operating system you’re using).

You need to connect the RX620 at the correct time during installation so that it is detected by the software.
