Why are parts of my Stylus Photo RX620 driver in a different language when I installed the English Stylus Photo RX620 driver on my English Windows XP system?
A:
If you see a window like this one after installing the Stylus Photo RX620 English driver, follow the instructions below to uninstall and reinstall the driver:



  1. Click Start and select Control Panel.


  2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.


  3. Click Epson Logiciel imprimante to select it.




  4. Click the Change/Remove button.


  5. When you see a message like this one, click Yes:




  6. When you see a message like this one, click OK:




  7. Insert the printer software CD-ROM that came with your Stylus Photo RX620 into your CD/DVD drive.


  8. If the Epson Driver Installation window appears, click Exit.


  9. Open My Computer.


  10. Right-click on the Epson CD-ROM icon, then select Explore.




  11. Open the Epson folder.


  12. Open the Drivers\Printer\English\WINXP_2K\SETUP folder.




  13. Double-click the Setup.exe file.


  14. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
