To improve scan quality results, try the following: - If your scanner came with two CD-ROMs, make sure you install the updated BizCard software from the Supplemental Software CD-ROM.
- Make sure that the business cards are in good condition. Cards that are faded, worn, wrinkled, folded or creased or otherwise damaged can be difficult to scan and may produce poor quality results.
- Business cards with multiple or complex color logos, graphics and stylish text fonts can be difficult to scan. Bizcard may be unable to accurately interpret all the information on these types of business cards.
