Q:
Why is my image cut off when I view it on an external video device?
A:
If you use an external viewer when the video source is set to NTSC, the instructions at the bottom of the display will be cut off. To fix this, set the video source to PAL by following these steps:
  1. Select Settings on the Home screen and press OK.
  2. Select Video Out and press OK.
  3. Press left or right on the 4-way ring to select PAL
  4. Press OK.
