Q:
My image does not appear on the screen. What should I do?
A:
If you see the message “No signal” on the screen, make sure the correct computer or video source has been selected and the projector has been properly set up and connected. See The message “No Signal” is displayed. If you see the message “Not supported” on the screen:

  • If you’re projecting images from a video source, make sure the correct signal format is selected in the Signal menu.


  • If you’re projecting computer images, make sure your computer’s image signal is a supported monitor display.

If you see no image or message on the screen, it could be due to projector settings, the power state of the projector, or the input signal. See No images appear.
