Q:
Why does my 16x11-inch image print out 16x12 on a 16-inch roll?
A:
The PC RIP is not considering the unprintable margins for the printer in its calculations. To correct this issue do the following to compensate for the unprintable margin:

  1. Set the Paper Margins on the front panel of the printer to 3mm.
  2. Create a Page Size in ColorBurst that is 1/4 inch smaller than desired on the height.
