Why is my printer having a problem detecting tracing paper?
A:
Tracing paper support is improved in the latest firmware. You can download this firmware upgrade from www.prographics.epson.com. The firmware also adds a 10mm top margin and the loading speed is slowed down when tracing paper is used.
