Q:
When I send a print job to the ColorBurst RIP, I see the queued job, but nothing prints. What’s wrong?
A:
When printing from Windows, verify that the spooler is started. The Start Spooler option is on the menu bar. The spooler has to be started each time ColorBurst is launched.

When printing from a Macintosh, verify that the RIP is set to RIP ON and make sure Receive On Hold is not selected.
