Q:
My CX11NF is connected to my computer with a USB cable, but the computer won’t recognize it. Why?
A:
Your CX11NF may not work properly if you use a USB cable other than the one supplied by Epson. Use the USB cable that comes with your product.

Also, the CX11NF may not work properly if you connect it to the computer through more than one hub. Connect the CX11NF directly to your computer’s USB port, or through one hub only.
