What's the best way to resize images if I want to scan them and make them larger? |

A: |
If you plan to enlarge your image, it is better to resize it when you're scanning instead of enlarging it later in an image-editing program. To enlarge your image during the scan, first use Epson Scan to preview the image and select your scan area. You can then enlarge the image by making a selection from the Target Size list in either Home or Professional Mode. If you use Professional Mode, you also have the option of using the Scale setting (instead of the Target Size setting) to simply indicate how much larger you'd like the image to be. For example, if you have a 2 x 2 inch image that you'd like to enlarge to 4 x 4, set the Scale setting to 200%.
