What should I do if I cancelled the software installation before it was complete, or connected the RX700 to my computer before starting the software installation?
A:
Your Epson software may be incorrectly installed.

First, uninstall the printer software and uninstall EPSON Scan. Then reinstall the Windows software or reinstall the Macintosh software (depending on which operating system you’re using).

Note: You must connect the RX700 at the correct time during installation to make sure the driver is installed correctly on your computer.
