Q:
What should I do if some or all of my printout is garbled?
A:
Check the following:

  • Make sure both ends of the interface cable are fully plugged in. The interface cable may not be securely connected.


  • Make sure you’re using an interface cable with the correct specifications. If you’re using a USB cable, make sure it is a shielded “AB” cable no more than 6.5 feet (2 meters) long.


  • Make sure you have the correct printer driver selected in your software.
