Q:
I am unable to install the EPSON Print CD software in Microsoft Vista 32 or 64 Bit. What should I do?
A:
Do the following:
  1. Insert the CD that came with your printer into your computer’s CD or DVD drive.


  2. When you see the AutoPlay window, click Run RUNEPSON.EXE. When you see the User Account Control screen, click the Allow button.




  3. Click Agree.


  4. In the Printer Driver Not Found dialog box, click Cancel.


  5. Click EPSON Print CD.


  6. Click Install.


  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.


  8. When the installation process is complete, click Exit.


  9. Click Cancel through the registration screens.


  10. Remove the CD and restart your computer.
