What should I do if I have a problem printing CDs or DVDs from my EPSON Print CD software in Windows Vista?
A:
Follow these steps:

  1. Install your Epson printer driver and the EPSON Print CD software in Windows Vista. (The driver and EPSON Print CD software must be installed before you install Epson EasyPrint.)


  2. Download the Epson EasyPrint software from the Drivers and Downloads page for your printer. (Make sure you note the file name and where you saved the file.)


  3. Double-click the Epson EasyPrint file you downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.


  4. Restart your computer.


  5. Place a CD or DVD in the printer’s CD/DVD tray and then insert the CD/DVD tray into the printer.


  6. Open the EPSON Print CD software.


  7. Design your CD/DVD or open a design you’ve saved.


  8. Select Print from the File menu.


  9. Make sure Epson Stylus Photo R220 is selected.


  10. Select CD/DVD or CD/DVD Premium Surface for the Media Type setting.


  11. Click Manual Print.


  12. Make sure Epson Stylus Photo R220 is selected.


  13. Click Properties.


  14. Under Paper Options, select the following settings:


    • Source: CD/DVD


    • Type: CD/DVD or CD/DVD Premium Surface


    • Size: A4


  15. Click OK, then click OK again to print.
