When I try to manually cut the paper with the built-in cutter, the printer displays a message to open the printer’s front door and replace the cutter blade. What should I do?
A:
You may have pressed the wrong button. Be sure to press the  button when you want to manually cut the paper. See Cutting Paper Manually with Built-in Cutter for more information.
