Why does the CD tray eject itself from the front of the printer whenever I try printing on a CD? |
A: |
Make sure there is at least 3 inches of clearance at the back of the printer. If there isn’t, the tray may hit something and eject from the printer. Make sure the arrows on the tray and the tray guide are lined up exactly and that the tray is level, not tilted up or down. |
