Q:
I entered the wrong password three times and now the projector’s operation is locked. What should I do?
A:
Write down the request code. Then disconnect the projector's power cord from the electrical outlet, reconnect it, and turn the projector back on. When you see the Password Protect Release screen again, you can try to enter the correct password.

If you turned on the password protect feature before setting the password and no password was set before, try using the default password: 0000.
