Q:
Why won’t my remote control function?
A:
Check the following:

  • Make sure the toggle switch at the top of the remote control (between the  Power and Open/Close buttons) is in the Func. position.
  • Make sure the batteries are not dead and are inserted correctly.
  • Certain operations are not available, depending on the disc and input source.
  • Make sure you’re pointing the remote at the screen or the back of Epson MovieMate.
  • Make sure you are within the remote control’s range. See Remote control usage range.
