LaserSoft Imaging SilverFast Ai 6 does not accept the serial number I enter, so it scans only in Demo mode. What should I do?
A:
Make sure you enter the serial number in the correct place. You must enter your serial number in the Serial numbers for new versions box and then press Unlock SilverFast for SilverFast Ai 6 to accept it.
