What should I do if I cancelled the software installation before it was complete or connected the USB cable before starting the software installation?
A:
Your software may be incorrectly installed. First uninstall the software, then reinstall the software.

Note:
You must connect the Stylus CX at the correct time during installation to make sure the driver is installed correctly on your computer.
