Q:
The printer will not print through a PC serial connection. What should I do?
A:
Check the following:

  • Make sure you’re using a null modem cable.


  • Make sure the serial connection settings on the printer matches the settings on your computer. See Changing the Printer’s Default Settings to change the printer’s settings.


  • Make sure the cable connection is not loose.


  • Try a different cable.
