Q:
How do I know which Platen Gap setting is selected on the printer?
A:
If a non-standard (Widest, Wider, Wide or Narrow) setting is selected, an indicator will appear on the printer’s control panel. If you don't see an indicator, the setting is set to STANDARD (1.2 mm).
